About The Artist

Partha with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Kala Bhavan, Shantiniketan and a Masters in Visual Arts from Rabindra Bharati, Kolkata, comes from Bengal’s rich artistic lineage. Primarily in an abstract mode, his painterly surfaces in subtle palette appear underlined with some impressionistic layering of symbols. With several solo and group exhibitions to his credit across India and abroad, this Kolkata based artist’s work has found its way in various significant collections.
