About The Artist
Growing up in a conventional Indian household, we embrace copper and brass utensils. Despite being considered relics by the modern world, these items remain integral to our everyday routines.
During my art studies, as an artist, I found a profound connection with these articles commonly referred to as antiques. Incorporating their unique textures into my artwork became a significant aspect of my creative process.
Even being a fan of 'Arturo Vermi' His lines create an illustration of hammering to me. I am so fascinated by this old lifestyle aid. I see the hammering of brass copper utensils in his artwork also.
Fusion of Indian traditional lifestyle traits and modern art; naturally reflects in my art. They are different instruments playing a United melody in a strategic partnership. Working as a tool to create magic.
I like to work with mixed media, as per the requirements of the subject I have used rice paper, clothes with traditional prints, marble dust and somewhere acrylic, ink, and tea-stain have to complete my work.
