Gunjan Arora and Rahul Jain’s unique language began as an experiment to deal with textile waste that has only evolved in forms and matured in its sensibility with time. The artists as a practice collect and sort waste yarns from various sources and integrate them through manual process to create this form of Art as wall art, panels and installations. They had eight solo shows including at Alliance Francaise de Delhi, 2011; Meandering my innerscapes, Stainless Gallery, Delhi 2010 -11; at The Gallery Ramscale, New York, 2008. Their works have been a part of the group exhibitions Construction of loss, Gallery Exhibit 320, Delhi, 2012; The Marco Polo Diaries, Apparao Galleries, Chennai, 2009; Indigo by Apparao Galleries at the Triveni Gallery, New Delhi, 2008 and Art and Style, Dhoomimal Art Gallery, 2006 to name a few. They live and work in New Delhi.
