About The Artist

Born in 1974, Pranati Panda did her BFA at the BK College of Art and Crafts, Bhubaneswar, and her MFA at the Delhi College of Art. Provoking grief and menace, Panda’s paintings are symbolic in their showing of inner feelings and mental disturbances. Her paintings offer meticulous detail, with easy flowing lines and interesting textures and motifs. Pranati had her solo exhibition Speaking Threads, Vadehra Art Gallery (2019-20). She has participated in several group shows at Vadehra Art Gallery, New Delhi (2018 and 2012); Religare Art, New Delhi (2012); Project 88, Mumbai (2007); Gallery Art Resource Trust, Mumbai (2007); and Grosvenor Vadehra, London (2007), to name a few. The artist lives and works in Gurugram.
