About The Artist

Nilmoni Chatterjee born in 1976, Barrackpore, Kolkata. He did his Masters in Sculpture from Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh in 2005. He explores different medium in sculpture like marble, metal, wood. His art works have been exhibited at various art galleries across India. He was an invited artist at a group exhibition with contemporary sculptors of Bengal at Gorky Sadan, Russian Centre for Science and Culture, Kolkata (2019). Currently, he is working on a sculpture project about enduring journey of human being for survival in twenty-first century. The artist lives and works in Kolkata.
