About The Artist

Born in Dibrugarh 1996, Santana Gohain graduated in Print Making from the Govt. College of Art and Crafts, Guwahati; with a first class distinction. She’s done her post diploma in Print Making from the Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S. University, Vadodara. Working laboriously to build texture, in imagery that appears dense but in an abstract mode and a subtle palette, her compositions appear silently evocative. She has to her credit several solo and group shows by leading galleries across the countries like New Jersey, tag heuer replica and San-Francisco. A recipient of art fellowship, Santana has also attended many workshops and art camps.
